We loved the cleanliness and design of our spacious studio apartment. The central location in narrow streets right near the old square was ideal for exploring the area on foot. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast served at the restaurant was simple but tasty.

Great location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants that stay open late. the breakfast spread was tasty and had a good selection. the view from the room was breathtaking and worth waking up early for.
The room was not as clean as I would have liked. the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned properly and the towels were not replaced.

The hotel is charmingly located just off a beautiful old square, making it easy to explore the area. Though the streets are narrow, the service is attentive and friendly, creating a home, away, from, home feeling. the spotless clean room was cozy and well, equipped with all the necessary facilities, and the breakfast was simple but tasty. It was nice to relax in the outside seating area during summer, enjoying the lovely view of the surroundings.
The soundproofing between rooms wasn't great.

The apartments were spacious and had a nice design. The restaurant had tasty food and the outside seating was charming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central and the surroundings were beautiful.
My New Year's Eve was far from perfect due to some issues at the hotel. the parking was difficult and cramped.

Wonderful staff and facilities. Perfect location in the historic heart of Heppenheim. Spotlessly clean and cozy apartment with a great view. Excellent service, friendly and caring. Beautiful and charming surroundings. Spacious and well-equipped studio apartments. Simple but tasty food at the hotel restaurant. Charming outdoor seating in the summer.
No complaints.
